Sunday - July 13, 2008
On Sunday I fished with Debbie and Gary
Brown.
Left the dock at
Victoria Inn
at 5:30 am sharp.
I had left them biting yesterday,
but the windy conditions turned the area
off.
We had to jump from place to place to put
a dozen fish in the boat. We could see the
fish,
but not many would take the bait.
Once again H&H spinner baits in blk/char did
the damage.
|
Wednesday - July 16, 2008
Wednesday I had a trip for the
Victoria Inn.
Christy, Paul and I left the dock around
5:45 am. First stop produced only a
couple of keeper drum, but no reds.
Finally after trying a half dozen places
we put 5 or 6 in the box. After another
move we hit the gold mine. As I pulled
up to this point I could see 50 or more
reds, which easily finished the day for
us. By then they were ready to head back
to the
Inn.
Once again I tried several colors, but
blk/char caught all the fish.

Saturday - May 24, 2008
It was great to see Jim return
to Victoria Inn.
This time its was for fun instead of business.
Capt EJ Plaisance picked them up from the dock and
headed out.
We tried several different areas, and found them all
producing fish.
The best hotspots were Rigolets, Turtle Bay, and Little
Lake.
By request we fished mainly on live bait and it really
was a treat.
With such a nice load we decided to head to the house
early before the heat kicked in.

Thursday - May 29, 2008
The Green team, Gary and Jon Green, from Texas. We left
Victoria Inn at 5:45
sharp.
First stop was a bust, not a bite, so it was off to
hopefully find something to put in the box.
Second stop, same results, but on the third stop we
struck gold.
First two fish in the boat were over 27 inches.
Measured 6 more larger than that, all released to fight
another day.
Kept 10 for their limit out of the 35 plus we caught.
Same father and son party for tomorrow and they want
redfish.
I think we will start at stop number three!

Friday - March 12, 2008
The last time John and Larry were here (see below) was in January and we had the
coldest two days that we have had in 5 years.
The first day we couldn`t even fish because they didn`t have enough clothes, and that`s two guys coming from New York.
Today that wasn`t the problem. Left the dock at Victoria Inn just a little before 7am.
The only thing I was worried about was finding clean water. The first area was fishable but only produced small fish.
Our second stop was the gold mine, or should I say silver mine. The trout today were the largest I`ve seen in a while.
They had their limit of 50 fish from 15 to 21 inches and more.
By the time we quit we were releasing 15 inch for tomorrow, hopefully they will still be around.
Glow beetles under a cork but the bigger fish were caught on H&H cocahoe`s on the bottom.
Out again tomorrow with the same guys.

Friday - January 4, 2008
John and Larry have fished with me the last two
Januarys. This time they brought along a friend, Ed.
After bragging about the great fishing, things
weren't looking too good. The coldest weather in
years was on our doorstep.
We were going to fish Thursday, but thanks to the
airlines their luggage didn't arrive 'til late last
night.
We left the dock at Victoria
Inn at 9am and at 11:30 we had 1 fish in the
box. Around noon something turned on
the switch and they caught redfish 3 at a time for
two hours, or should I say until they were worn out.
Shrimp on the bottom or under a cork. The best 2
hours of fishing I've seen in a long time.
Thanks - Barry

Friday - Dec.7
I picked up Kevin Quevas
and 4 of his buddies from Hattiesburg from the dock
at the Victoria Inn at about 6:15.
We went about 3 miles, stopped the boat, and the
fishing was on fire for about 3 hours.
By 9:30 we had very little room left in my 120 qt.
ice chest.
The bite slowed until we left at 11, so they called
it a day
so I could get back to the dock to clean the catch
of 140 trout and 1 redfish.
We released about another 100 or more keepers and
non-keepers to make for a great day.
When I was cleaning the fish, little Parker caught a
keeper red off of the dock!
Hope everyone had a good time.
Thanks - Barry

October 12th and
13th, 2007
Friday and
Saturday the Hollembeck party who were
staying at Victoria Inn had a day on the
waters of the Barataria waters.
Friday we worked the ponds strictly for
redfish.
After a few quick lessons it didn't take
long before the first redfish was in the
boat.
A limit of reds, plus a few more, keeping
only two small ones for lunch at Jan`s.
Saturday it was off to find a few trout.
The first stop under the birds gave us all
the action we wanted.
When things slowed down we fished the shore
line and managed 6 or 7 reds
and several more trout keeping two trout for
lunch at Jan`s.
Two easy days fishing with a very nice
couple.

My guests today,
Tim And Sara were a long way from their state of
Connecticut.
I picked them up at 6 am at The
Victoria Inn`s dock and the
wind was already blowing. Our first couple of stops
didn't produce one
bite and by then the wind was gusting 30mph plus.
Another 20 minute boat
ride found us some clean water and 10 nice redfish. Sara
had the big
fish of the day with a nice 9 pounder! All fish were
caught on spinner
baits, probably the only thing you could cast on a day
like this.
All fish were released to fight another day.

Bill and
Scott joined me today. They are staying at
the
Victoria Inn
with their wives. The girls just love this
place. Anyway,
with all the
trawling going on it was off to the ponds to
find some
redfish and it
didn't take long to put a limit in the boat
with several
over 27 inches
that we released to fight another day. Even
people from
California can
catch them. Conditions: Sunny with light
winds. Bait:
Spinners with
smoke/char. Cocahoe`s

April 17, 2006
At 6:30 in the morning Clint McCullagh & Shaina
Sweet met me at the
Victoria Inn dock where they had just
spent a great evening the night before. After a
20 minute boat ride to the hot spot of yesterday
nothing happened. A south west wind had blown
all night & was supposed to pick up to 15 to 25
during the day. My crew was from Georgia so all
I needed was a few Specs which would be prepared
for them for dinner by the
Victoria Inn's personal chef. After
fishing several spots Shaina had the largest
fish of the day on for about 5 minutes. A nice
Red that went about 25 lbs., but it was not to
be. It came off the hook. With more than enough
Specs in the box for dinner we targeted Reds and
it paid off. My crew caught and released several
limits of nice Reds most over 27" - with Specs
being so hard to catch the quantity of Reds made
up for the lack of number of Specs.
Now the only thing left is all the fish stories
that will be told in Georgia and a gourmet
dinner to be eaten that night.
God Bless
Capt. Phil

My trip for today was for the Victoria Inn. Kyle,
Braxton, and Randy
and Mom left the dock at 7am. Mom didn't last very long
so we brought
her back to the Inn at 9:30. The boys and I returned to
the protected
ponds where we had been fishing. Even on a windy day if
you know where
to look you can find fish. The boys were rewarded with a
limit of reds
on this very windy day. Braxton was the big fish winner
for the day with
a beautiful 10 pounder. Conditions: clear and windy.
Bait: H&H spinners
O/D green cocahoes.

Every once in
awhile I have the pleasure of fishing with some very
good
fisherman, as was the case today.
My trip today for the Victoria
Inn with
the Stevenson`s was as easy as it gets. They boated 50
or so trout but only
17 keepers, 6 nice reds and 1 flounder. The weather
chased us in early but
still a nice catch for the time we had.
I believe they enjoy fishing as much
as I do. Good fishing and good fisherman, you can't
ask for anything more!
Thanks for a great day.

Capt. Joe and I fished the Eureka Homestead crew who had come to
Victoria Inn for a meeting, some good food and fishing.
A front had moved in overnight, with
strong winds and muddy water both boats had a total of 20 fish.
With the bite not so good we made a short day of it to spend the
rest of Fathers day with our families.

On Saturday, 6/19/05, 26 rowdy anglers came in
from Alexandria (ACA Corporation, Inc.) to spend the night
at the lovely Victoria Inn and
Gardens and then fish with 9 of my top guides.
I understand the night before, these guys played
some practical jokes on not only on themselves, but also
the employees at the Victoria Inn while they were dinning
on their gourmet meal. They all met us at the dock
at 6 AM with lunch in hand packed by the Victoria Inn.
After assigning everyone to boats, I was blessed to
have Jimbo Palmer, Barry Brown and Larry Ray Prestridge
(Mr. Excitement Himself) onboard and we headed south.
First in search of redfish which didn't work out so
well, so then we went for Mr. Speckled Trout which worked
out better. We did get on some good solid fish only
to look up and see 100 miles across a front with the
blackest sky you ever saw. Oh, maybe you did see it,
it was in the movie where the Dead Sea was split wide open
by Moses (really, God did it). It was that kind of
bad weather, I was very concerned with 9 charter boats
running in every direction. My crew did dodge 99.9%
of the rain. We did seek refuge at a local camp to
eat lunch and let the rain pass. Oh, by the way,
Jimbo, I fixed that bench for you. After the storm
passed my crew caught several more nice specks and then
the lake got almost dead calm. So redfishing we
went! First up, we landed a couple and lost a
couple. That just whetted their appetite. I
proceeded to run the shorelines in Little Lake and found a
large school of Bull Reds mixed with puppy drum and that
is when the Cajun Fire Drill commenced. If I
remember correctly, Jimbo, Barry and Larry all had large
fish on several times, but most of them popped their
lines. I told them Alexandria boys you don't fish
Lafitte redfish with mono line. They will be back
with Power Pro on those reels one day real soon. We
all met back at the Victoria Inn's
dock to clean fish and tell fish stories and lies. Most
of the boats did very well under the conditions we had to
fish. My crew had 32 trout, 2 flounders, 1 bass, 6
reds and lost twice that many. We cleaned fish as
the boys took showers even though they were way past
checkout time. Thanks to Miss Dale for accommodating
them and letting them go home all cleaned up. This
was the first time that ACA Corporation, Inc. had fished
with myself and guides; I don't think it will be their
last.
As
quoted by Larry, "Barry and Larry felt sorry for
Jimbo and let him catch more fish simply because he could
not cast. He destroyed Phil's fishing rod and lost
all of Phil's bait."
Jimb and Larry Ray caught the most fish.
Barry caught the least fish.
Jimbo caught the biggest fish.
Barry caught the smallest and lost most of the big ones.
All fish caught on Falcon “Coastal” Rods,
Power Pro Line, Tsunami and H & H Tackle tipped with
Black back Sparkle Body Chartreuse Tail Cocahoe tightlined
while in a 252 Team Avenger Bay boat powered by a 250
Suzuki from Travis Boat Center and anchored by a Power
Pole.

On Thursday and Friday, 6/9 and 6/10/05, my friends, Bob and
Sue Dolan, who has been fishing with me for several years
finally met me at the Dock. After oversleeping at the
beautiful Victoria Inn and Gardens,
we went on a 135 mile boat ride in search of trout and reds.
The trout were a little scarce, but Sue tied into a
redfish between 10 and 14 pounds and that girl stayed
hook-up for about an hour catching reds. We lost as
many as we landed, I just couldn't believe the power pro
broke. I guess I should have cut 6-foot off the line
because of the fray. Day two we were expecting the
approach of TS Arlene. We did get in 3 or 4 hours of
fishing before the wind really picked up, so we went in
search of alligators that also didn't want to show up.
We did see one gator in a canal where I usually see 15
or 20 in After cleaning close to 40 specks, 8 reds, 1
drum, 3 flounders, the Dolan's came to my house and relieved
me of 50 pounds of 16 to 20 headless shrimp that were
freshly packed in my freezer. The crew went back to
Tennessee with 2 large ice chests full of goodies from
Louisiana. I am sorry Sue, but next time we'll get
that gator picture.

On Sunday, 06/05/05, Team Capt. James Wilson had the
pleasure of fishing with Ron and Beverly Harper from College
Station, Texas. They were greeted by Capt. James at
the Lafitte C-Way Marina at 5:30 sharp and were ready to
catch some Lafitte Redfish.
The first stop treated them well as Beverly caught and
landed her first redfish which turned out to be her largest
fish she has ever caught. The red was a nice 13 LBS
and really gave Beverly a fight. Ron struck red next
and put a nice keeper in the boat. Then the heartbreak
action started with us pulling off the next several reds.
Then the action just stopped. After running
around with zero success the tide started to move and it was
back to the first stop of the day. Guess what?
The reds finally wanted to play as they put
their limits in the boat even though several more got away.
Ron and Beverly had a great time and could not
get over how hard redfish can fight.
All
redfish caught on Falcon “Coastal” Rods, Power Pro Line,
Tsunami and H & H Tackle tipped with Baby Bull Minnows

On Wednesday, 6/1/05, after spending a comfortable night at
the lovely Victoria Inn and Gardens,
Charlie and Myra Digange met me at the Marina at 5:30 AM
sharp. We thought we would be fishing the big lake
towards Four Bayou Pass, but not today. There was a
good northwest breeze that had a 2-foot chop in Barataria
Bay. So we fished closer in and found high and clean
water everywhere we stopped. We managed to catch
specks almost at every stop, but not in bunches. After
locating 6 or 7 wind-protected areas that produced some fish
we kept repeating until we had a full limit of nice specks
from 14 to 16 inches. We managed to catch 2 nice reds
and 1 little bitty flounder which we kept. There was a
little rivalry between Charlie and Myra and naturally I
tried to keep peace on the boat, but I really stirred up
%!@&**, but it was all in fun. Charlie and Myra
have been fishing with me for over 10 years and it is always
my pleasure to take this couple on an outing.

On Thursday, 5/26/05, Team Capt. Beau Weber, Sr., picked up
James and Shari Rea from the lovely Victoria Inn and Gardens
to catch redfish this day. This was a day meant to be
on the water and Capt. Beau didn't mind at all showing his
crew all the beautiful sites and catching 9 nice Redfish, 3
Flounders and 5 Speckled Trout. Everyone enjoyed their
time on the water and Capt. Beau is standing by ready to
fish again.
As quoted by James, "James caught 2
redfish back-to-back, a 10 pounder then a 12-1/2 pounder.
After the battles his wrist hurt and he rested. These
fellows fight a little harder than Crappie from Arkansas.
A great time had by all!"

My clients Anna and Keith were married at the Victoria
Inn yesterday and
today was their honeymoon fishing trip. We got a rather late start
leaving
the dock at 7am, who wants to get up early on their honeymoon.
Weather wise
today was as good as it gets and with a little luck we found the
red fish on
our second stop. By noon we had boated 21 reds and one keeper
trout. 9 of
the fish went over 27 inches with a 31 inch one at 12lbs. All fish
were
caught in shallow ponds and all fell to spinner baits. Happy
honeymoon Anna
& Keith.

Friday, 4/29/05, Team Capt. James
Wilson had the pleasure of fishing with Cyndi Callen, son
Braxton and Darrel Hebert. Cyndi was in town staying
at the beautiful Victoria Inn
for her annual Mothers' Day weekend and fishing trip. After
a great dinner at the Victoria Inn and a good nights sleep,
they met Capt. James on the Victoria's dock on the Pen at
6:30 AM. After getting everything loaded up it was a
20-minute ride over to the protected shorelines near Little
Lake where they found the redfish waiting for them. Braxton
was the first one to hook up as he caught the day's biggest
red weighing in at 13-pounds. Next it was Cyndi's turn
as she landed her own 10-pound fish. Even Darrel was
able to get in on the action. This was how their day
went as they managed to put their limits of reds on ice
along with a few trout and one flounder. Even with the
building winds another fine catch was made today by the
Capt. Phil Robichaux's Fishing Team.
Cyndi, Braxton and Darrel--It was a hoot and we
hope to see you again next year around Mothers' Day.

Team Capt. James Wilson
had the pleasure of fishing with the Morey
family from the big
town of Skidmore, TX the last 3 days. Randy,
Bert and Tim had no
interest in trout fishing as they catch trout over
10-pounds all the time while wade-fishing back
home. They came here for good Ole Lafitte Redfish.
The guys were staying at the beautiful Victoria
Inn where they could fish all day while their
mother took in all the beauty that the Victoria
Inn had to offer.
Day 1 – 4/22/05
Capt. James met Randy, Bert and Tim
at the Victoria Inn's
dock on The Pen at “safe light” and made the
run over to the protected shoreline of Little Lake
where the west wind would not bother them. It
was a Redfish Slam as the schools of reds were
working over the mullet. The guys had a ball
catching their limits, plus. These were no small
reds as they only had 3 reds fewer than 25 inches
with most going 26-30 inches. A few keeper
trout and 2 flounders even found their way into
the cooler. After returning back to the
dock, the guys relaxed awhile with Tim even
catching a catnap in the hammock while Capt. James
cleaned their fish.
Day 2 – 4/23/05
Capt. James picked the guys up at
6:25 AM in a brutal 25-30 MPH north wind. We
knew it was going to be a tough one this day.
But Randy, Tim and Bert really hung in there
as they managed to put 11 nice reds and a couple
of trout on ice. Not too bad of a day
considering the conditions.
Day 3 – 4/24/05
This day found Capt. James picking up
the guys back at the Victoria
Inn for their last
day of fishing. Again the conditions were
against them, but they managed to get 4 good reds
and a few trout to hit the ice today. They
should have had a few more, but several good reds
managed to pull off which was heartbreaking.
The crew had a great time these last
three days and plan on returning to stay at the
Victoria Inn and face those hard fighting Lafitte
redfish again.
All fish caught on Falcon
“Coastal” Rods, Power Pro Line, Tsunami and H
& H Tackle tipped with Baby Bull Minnows.

Thursday, 4/21/05,
after spending a restless night at the beautiful Victoria
Inn because of the anticipation of fishing
their first time in the Lafitte area and checking
out my Team Avenger, Rick
and Charlotte Colquett met me down at the
Marina at 6:05 AM. They had come from Destin
to not only fish but to put my Team Avenger to the
test. Rick had been looking for a bay boat
for several years and thought this might be the
one for him. After introductions and fixing
lines we headed south. We had a nice breeze
and Charlotte had a small back problem. I
assured them that we would not be bouncing around.
Rick is a way above average fisherman
(you could almost say a pro), Charlotte on the
other hand came along for the ride. I did
get her to fish occasionally and Thank God, she
caught her limit of redfish while Rick and I just
stumbled on a few.
After putting the boat through its
paces and fishing 7 hours we became best of
friends. We returned to the dock with 16
nice trout and 6 reds. Not a great day for
Lafitte, but a pretty good day for Florida
fishing. After cleaning their fish we all
met several hours later at my home to go out for
dinner where my wife, Laura enjoyed their company
as much as I did. Rick assured me they will
be back to fish and I think he is going to buy him
a 252 Avenger and Charlotte is definitely a
keeper.

On Tuesday, 3/29/05, my old buddy Roy
Ross who owns and operates the Victoria
Inn Gardens with his lovely wife, Dale,
called me yesterday morning to see if I was free
to take him, his grandson Austin
and his buddy, Jacob
out for a little redfish and trout fishing. We
met at the Marina about 9:30 AM. After
introducing me to the boys, we were heading south.
Arriving at my first stop where I
have been fishing specks all last week with great
success, only 1 small speck was caught. That
is when I learned from Jacob that he was a jinx
and had only caught 1 fish in his entire young
life. Just what I needed! If that
wasn't bad enough, Austin and Jacob started asking
me where the bait shrimp where? I explained
that we would only fish artificial and that is
when why, why, why, why, why started happening.
It is hard to convince to young fishermen
who have never used artificial that it will work.
Especially when we weren't catching anything
and then some more why, why, why. I made
several moves explaining that when we would find
the fish they would bite on our plastic baits.
You should have seen their faces.
Roy was all smiles all morning long.
Then we hit the honey hole and Roy struck
first with a nice 8-pound red, well, then those
two kids couldn't get their lines in the water
fast enough and it was on. We had doubles on
once, but Austin lost a nice 12-pound red at the
boat. If the net handle would have been 20
foot long, I think I could have got it. The
next hour erased the three previous hours and we
went home early with 7 nice reds and couple of
handfuls of nice trout. Austin and Jacob are
now believers in the power of plastic. I
cleaned the fish and we all met at Jan's Cajun
Restaurant to eat some fresh baked and fried fish.
Miss Dale came down from the Victoria Inn
with Roy's father (who is 90) and one of her
girlfriends where we all enjoyed an early dinner.
My two young fishermen will return
more experience and much wiser and fully ready to
tackle marsh fishing in the near future. See
you soon!

& H Tackle tipped with Baby Bull Minnows.

After a gourmet dinner and an
excellent Continental Breakfast at the Victoria
Inn where they stayed for two nights I had the pleasure of
meeting up with Larry Miller, his grandson
Austin and his father,
Frankie Tadlock and Carrot Top Will Williams (who is Austin's
friend) at the Marina. We headed out each day at 6:25 AM to
fish speckled trout. Just last night a front came through
and we had winds up to 65 MPH for a short period of time. You
would have thought it was hurricane season. Even though it
didn't blow long, it was just long enough to dirty up almost every
piece of water from here to Grand Isle. I was lucky enough
to find a semi-lee shoreline with half decent water. I
rigged with corks and white H & H beetles and before I could
get all four fishermen in the water, Frankie already had a nice
trout coming to the boat. I allowed the wind to drift me
down the bank lowering my anchor every time we caught a fish so we
could work that area. This worked well for the two days we
fished. We attracted other guide boats in our area who
showed us good fishing manners. Austin started out slow but
I think he finished with a big, big bang catching several fish
over 17-inches.
Carrot Top changed locations every time
someone caught a fish so he was familiar with my boat from aft to
stern. Mr. Larry had brought his grandson Austin to catch
specks and that they did! This created a large smile on his
face. The crew all caught their share with some more some
less. First day total was 90 specks, 1 red and 1 flounder.
Second day total was 45 specks and 1 flounder.
As quoted by Larry, "It was a super
day of fishing. Two youngsters had their first day of marsh
fishing. The day started at 6:00 AM. Capt. Phil had
the perfect spot in mind. Austin and Will started slow but
caught up fast. Frankie, Austin's dad caught the first four.
However by mid-morning the boys were well ahead. Our
thanks to Capt. Phil for an excellent fishing trip." Austin
caught the most; Larry caught the least; Austin caught the biggest
and Frankie caught the smallest.
All fish caught on Falcon Coastal Rods,
Power Pro Line, Tsunami and H & H Tackle tipped with popping
cork and white beetles in a Team Avenger Bay boat.

Jean Lafitte
Charters

February 10, 2005
- After some very good days of catching today was a fishing day,
muddy water and 25mph winds. Randy and Belle who were staying here
at Victoria Inn and fishing with Capt
EJ of Jean Lafitte Charters bundled
up to fish this cold February day. They averaged a little more
than one fish an hour. One bass, one red, and seven trout - that's
fishing! Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
February 11, 2005 - Today turned out to be a much
better day than yesterday. Our guests, Randy and Belle from
Maryland, caught and released over 35 reds, drum, and trout
. They did, however, keep a few for Chef Matt Regan to cook for
dinner at the Restaurant at Victoria Inn.
Glow beetles on the bottom was the bait of the day.

My clients LeeRoy &
Cheryl Kennedy, Richard & Barbara McCormick left Victoria
Inn dock at 7am. The fog was very heavy, but after taking our
time we made it to the first fishing spot. 20 minutes of
fishing produced only 1 trout so we headed to spot number two and we
hit silver , trout that is. The bite was on till the sun burned the
fog away so we headed in with 75 nice trout in the box. A great day
of fishing with great clients.

Capt. Phil
Robichaux

On Friday, 1/7/05, Barbara Norman
and John Steckler met my Team Capt. Mike Helmer at the Marina at
7:04. Jim and Melanie Dixon who spent the night at the
lovely Victoria Inn and Gardens
arrived just a few minutes later. They all climbed on board
for a fun day of fishing. The wind kept Capt. Mike fishing
ponds nearby which paid off because some nice reds were caught
despite tough conditions. Everyone fished hard to catch some
fish, Barbara who has never caught a Red on artificial bait caught
2 really nice reds plus several just a little bit smaller. Not
bad for her first time with artificial lures. The rest of
the crew did equally as well coming back in with a total of 19
reds, 2 bass and 1 speck. Jim did catch the most and Melanie
fell just a few fish behind. John caught his share, but the
main thing is everyone went home with plenty of fish to grill,
fry, bake or broil.
All fish caught on Falcon “Coastal” Rods, Power Pro Line,
Tsunami and H & H Tackle tipped with the Black Cocahoe with
the Chartreuse Tail in a Team Avenger Bay Boat.

As the owners of
Victoria Inn, Roy & I love it when friends come
and stay for
a few days. We had Allan Maki and 2 of his children down
and we wanted to
get them out on the water.
I called Capt. EJ of Jean
Lafitte Fishing Charters at
10am last Thursday and he arranged to pick us up for a
short trip that
afternoon. I really thought we'd do more site-seeing, but
EJ said he knew one
spot where we might catch a few. So we headed west across
Little Lake to Bay
L'Ours, about a 30 minute ride with a light chop on a
cloudy day.
As soon as
we anchored 16 year old Olivia made 1 cast and look what
she caught! We
ended up having a great couple of hours fishing and landed
5 reds and 8
speckle trout.
Chef Matt cooked up the catch that night at
"The Restaurant
at Victoria Inn."
